I whipped up this image at a time I was feeling overworked and underpaid. It is a reference to the workhorse Boxer, from George Orwell’s Animal Farm.

Remember that you can send your résumé out at any time and find a new job. It’s very liberating. You don’t have to be like Boxer. You don’t have to work until the pigs send you to the glue factory.

Of course, there’s nothing wrong with hard work. In fact, I’m writing this post right now, while at work. Wait… that doesn’t seem to prove my point.
